Vax and Backpacks
Care 4 U Community Health Center invites you to join us for our annual Vax and Backpacks event on Friday, August 9th, 2024, from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm at 4690 NW 7th Avenue. Registration is now open! Register by filling out the form below. This event provides school physicals, vaccinations, and free backpacks filled with school supplies for children in the community.
